Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Suzuki did an excellent job creating, developing, and building my new store at the Lonsdale Quay Market in North Vancouver. They followed all the process hand to hand with me, considered all my necessities and chose the best contractors to make all that happen. The whole construction lasted 45 days, as scheduled, and they conducted all the painful licensing process themselves.
I couldn't be happier with the result! Thank you Suzuki!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rodrigo is a man of integrity who stands behind his work.

We worked together on a commercial project that began in 2024, and we still keep in touch. Even though we're well out of the warranty period, he's helped address any issues that have arisen since the project ended (even those that may not be directly related to his scope of work). He's also easy to reach and always returns your calls.

In today's market, it's rare to find someone who provides that level of service, accountability and reliability.

He has my recommendation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rodrigo and his team were efficient and very professional… my space was a small yet difficult space to work with and they were very patient with my questions and desires for the space. Super grateful to have been able to have worked with them.
Oh and my space is exactly how I wanted it!!! 😀🪄

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had Suzuki Construction renovate our townhome, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rodrigo, the owner, was fantastic to work with from day one. He was professional, easy to talk to, and always kept us in the loop. His communication throughout the project gave us confidence that everything would be completed on time and within budget, and that’s exactly what happened.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Even better, the renovation was completed ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus.

Rodrigo and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled contractor who genuinely cares about doing great work, we highly recommend Suzuki Construction.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used Suzuki Construction on 2 office renovation projects now and have been extremely pleased with the results. Rodrigo and his team are consummate professionals, getting my projects done on time and on budget. They are great communicators, focus on the details, and have a high standard of excellence. They're also great partners, working with my architect team to achieve our design vision. They won't be satisfied unless you're satisfied. I cannot recommend Suzuki Construction enough.
